To look for possible dancers I contacted some on Facebook directly. It was not very successful but at least I got one candidate. I also posted advertisement on 3 different websites...

In one week 5 dancers respond to my idea. 
They sent me showreels, CV's and short descriptions about themselves. 

I keep in touch with all dancers and answer to all questions they are sending me.
